Scott Miller is the driving force behind Miller Building & Repair Services, Inc., bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service to the professional facility maintenance industry. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Scott’s journey began on a construction crew remediating damaged homes and businesses, where he worked his way through college.

Scott’s entire professional career has been dedicated to the field of facility maintenance. He possesses a unique perspective, having worked for large national facility maintenance contractors and served as a regional facility manager for one of the largest national restaurant groups in the country. This dual experience has provided him with invaluable insights into both sides of the spectrum.

With a vision to redefine customer experience in the industry, Scott, alongside his supportive wife Jaynie, founded Miller Building & Repair Services, Inc. Their mission is to provide the best customer experience available, and Scott’s motto reflects this commitment: “Every client gets the white glove treatment.”

Dan Caron is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of skills that bridge the worlds of law enforcement and carpentry. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in criminal justice, Dan embarked on his career in law enforcement, demonstrating a commitment to public service.

However, beneath the uniform, Dan harbored a deep passion for carpentry and building repairs. Often hailed as the “Mr. Fixit” of our team, Dan’s expertise goes beyond the traditional boundaries of his role. In 2017, he made the pivotal decision to join Miller Building and Repair Services, bringing his diverse skill set to our dynamic team.

As the manager of the service department and technicians, Dan plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. His leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach; despite his managerial responsibilities, Dan loves to roll up his sleeves and work in the field, demonstrating his commitment to the craft.
